Lawmakers have passed the extension of the first time homebuyer federal tax credit and have expanded it to make it available to non-first time homebuyers as well. I am excited about this recently passed piece of legislation as I believe it will provide a great opportunity for those who are not only First Time Buyers but those who are Non-First Time Buyers.
